The Browning X-Bolt holds a fine reputation as an accurate, reliable rifle that hunters can depend on. With a number of enhancements, the new X-Bolt 2 Hunter is set to shoulder that legacy.

Featuring a classic walnut stock with  low-glare satin finish, the X-Bolt 2 Hunter is an ideal blend of tradition and design that will satisfy the needs of shooters. It features sporter contour barrel that keeps the rifle light, maneuverable, and easy to carry. The action is bedded and the barrel is free floated for consistent accuracy. 

New is the action itself. It has been redesigned with additional bolt guidance surface for smoother cycling. The bolt has also been reworked and is fitted with a new bolt knob.

The DLX Trigger is a three-lever design that offers zero creep, zero take-up, and zero overtravel performance and comes preset from the factory at 3.5 pounds. (Adjustable down to 3.0 pounds.)
