New for 2024, the Christensen Arms Evoke Hunter is a no-nonsense rifle brimming with features. It comes equipped with a proprietary Christensen Arms action with a 3-lug bolt and a 60° throw, allowing the action to cycle faster and the bolt handle to clear the ocular bell of mounted optics. The barrel is made from 416R stainless steel and features a #4 Hunter contour with a color-matched Cerakoate finish to protect the metal from weathering and corrosion. An RFR muzzle brake is included to mitigate recoil, but this can be replaced with a suppressor or other muzzle device. To ensure optimal grip in virtually any condition, the Evoke Hunter feautres non-slip aggressive vertical grip and forend texturing, as well as a soft-touch finish in key areas. The ergonomics and handling of the Evoke Hunter are further enhanced thanks to a Hybrid Grip Angle to accomodate proper hand placement as well as a slightly raised cheek piece to ensure correct alignment between the shooter’s eye and a mounted optic. Other features of the Evoke include an adjustable trigger made by TriggerTech and an integrated picatinny rail section for mouting the rifle on a bipod. Like all of the bolt action rifles offered by Christensen Arms, the Evoke comes with a sub-MOA guarantee.
